The Switch will stop in six major cities: New York, Toronto, Washington, D.C., Chicago, San Francisco, and Los Angeles. At each location, the tour will run for a full weekend, or three days.

For the first two of these days, the event will be a private, ticket-only event. Space is limited, however, and the event is first-come, first-served. According to Nintendo, “early arrival is highly recommended.”
So, what can users expect to see at these events? Nintendo’s promised an “interactive and engaging” demonstration of the Switch, along with the opportunity to play “select” launch titles. It also seems there will be a few different setups, showing “the different ways Nintendo Switch can be played”.
In addition to these tour dates, the Switch will also be playable at the following events: PAX South (January 27th-29th), PAX East (March 10th-12th), and SXSW (March 16th-18th).
We’ll find out more on January 12th and what the select launch titles are, when Nintendo holds its next big presentation.
