Stardew Valley: Getting A Console Retail Release

Stardew Valley was Our Indie game of 2016 and is now getting a physical release thanks to 505 Games.

The retail version of Chuckle Fish’s well know console port has been available digital on Xbox One and PS4 since December 2016 ,  the retail version known as the Collector’s Edition, doesn’t have a release date or price. 505 haven’t explained why it’s a Collector’s Edition either.

“In Stardew Valley, you’ve inherited your grandfather’s old farm plot in Stardew Valley. Armed with hand-me-down tools and a few coins, you set out to begin your new life,” the game’s description reads. “Can you learn to live off the land and turn these overgrown fields into a thriving home? It won’t be easy.”

As well as being on Steam, A Nintendo Switch version of the game is also in development.
