Fan Made Dragon Ball Z Game Is Free To Play

Sometimes fans can create some of the most amazing things thanks to their overwhelming passion for a subject. Hyper Dragon Ball Z is a free to play 2d fighting game based on the Dragon Ball Z universe. This isn’t a full blown anime game, with hand-drawn characters and overly polished backgrounds. Hyper DBZ is a nod to games of days gone bye – a pixel art style fighting game.

This Champ’s Build contains a few updates and re-balances of existing characters, new characters, new stages and a new screen pack. Not only that but you can download two new move lists from the links below. So far the character roster is a decent size with Goku, Vegeta, Piccolo, Freeza, Mr. Satan, SSJ Goku, Majin Vegeta, Ultimate Gohan and Babidi already included. According to the team, more fighters are set to follow, including Gotenks, Super Buu, Tien, Krillin and Android 18 currently being worked on.

Want to play the game? Just follow these instructions and you’re all set:
